This service offers functionality to convert Videos to Round Videomessages. You agree to comply with the policies and limitations concerning the use of the Bot, including, without limitation, ability to send Round Videomessages, available Round Videomessages properties (e.g., duration, width, quality, format). You agree not to bypass these policies by any means (e.g., creating multiple accounts).
You agree to not reverse-compile or decompile, analyze, reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble or disassemble, unlock or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Bot or attempt to do any of the foregoing in relation to the service.
You agree to only use the Bot for your personal use. For greater certainty, you agree to not offer a Round Videomessage conversion service as stand-alone product using the Bot.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Bot available. However, we depend on third-party services and APIs like Telegram Bot API that may not meet your SLA expectations.
We do not store your files for data protection reasons. We are not liable for damages caused by using our service.
We are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, whether or not foreseeable and any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising from any other claim arising out of your use of the Bot.
You can stop using the Bot at any time. We can block your access to Bot if you do bad things with our service.
Ceasing to use the Bot does not exempt you from paying any outstanding fees.
We may, at any time, block your right to use and access the Bot if you breach any provision of these terms, e.g. if we are required to do so by law. We reserve the right to block the Bot for you if it does not make sense for us to continue business with you for commercial reasons.
We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the service or the service in its entirety without liability to you or anyone else.

You are responsible for the data, such as videos and files, that you send to the Bot. W does not monitor your content. Please remember that illicit exchanges of recordings and protected works and hacking harm artistic creation. And please respect the laws in force, especially those concerning intellectual and artistic property.
